Movie Synopsis:
Baby Bink couldnt ask for more: he has adoring (if a bit sweet-natured) parents, lives in a big house, and he just will appear on the papers social pages. Unfortunately, not everyone in the world is as kind as Baby Binks parents - especially three enterprising kidnappers who pretend to be photographers from the newspaper. Successfully kidnapping Binks baby, they have an even harder time keeping tabs on the rogue, who not only keeps one step ahead of them, but seems more than a little smarter than the three tangled criminals.
