Film Synopsis:
The epic account of the thief Barabbas, who was forgiven for his crimes and avoided crucifixion when Pilate offered the Israelites the choice of pardoning Barabbas or Jesus. Struggling with his spirituality, Barabbas goes through many trials that lead him to the gladiatorial arena, where he tries to win his freedom and face his inner demons, ultimately becoming a follower of the man crucified in his place.
