Movie Synopsis:
Barbie and the girls arrive at the Alpine Riding Academy, which seems almost deserted, to visit Barbies Aunt Marlene. The Academy lies in the shadow of the Matterhorn and is surrounded by vast fields and forests, leading to the foothills of the Alps. Chelsea decided to see some big horses in the paddock and wanted to try riding one right away, but Barbie said they would have all the months to do this. Stacy is eager to prove that she is as good as Barbie and Skipper at riding, as she has excelled in most of the other sports she has tried, and Barbie, having a big steeplechase race coming up in Malibu, wants to try to find a good horse to take back with her while he was here, which his aunt agreed to because his horse was the best trained in the area.
