Film Synopsis:
Thousands of activists arrive in Seattle, Washington in mass to protest the 1999 WTO (World Trade Organization) Ministerial Conference. Although it started as a peaceful protest with the goal of stopping the WTO talks, it escalated into a full-scale riot and ultimately, a state of emergency that pitted protesters against the Seattle Police Department and the National Guard.
