Film Synopsis:
In an attempt to control the city, the mayor opens the door to a Russian mob. It wasnt long until he realized that they werent going to follow his rules. To fix the problem, he accepted an offer to establish Russia and opened the door to the cartel. When the Russians find out that they took the mayors daughter and then the real game begins.
