Rich Bower is a rising star in the world of hip-hop. Everyone wants to be around her, including Raven and her upper class white high school friends. The growing appeal of black culture among white teenagers fascinated documentary filmmaker Sam Donager, who set out to chronicle it with his husband, Terry.
