Film Synopsis:
Large-scale disasters occur across the planet. The ability user is discovered after the appearance of a mysterious mist, apparently committing suicide, so an armed detective agency sets out to investigate these mysterious deaths. The case appears to involve an unknown ability user referred to as the "collector," a man who could be the mastermind behind the incident. Trust and courage are tested to save the city of Yokohama and the abilities of users around the world from the clutches of collectors where an armed detective agency forms an unlikely partnership with a dangerous port mafia.
