Film Synopsis:
Based on the true story of a Russian serial killer who, over the years, claimed more than 50 victims. Most of the victims were under 17 years of age. In Communist countries, police investigations are hampered by bureaucracy, incompetence and those in power. The story is told from the perspective of the detective in charge of the case.
