Film Synopsis:
Harlems African-American population is being plundered by Reverend Deke OMalley, who dishonestly claims that small donations will secure plots of land in Africa. When New York City police officers treating Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson saw OMalleys scam, they learned that cash was being smuggled in bales of cotton.
