Movie: CrissCross (1992)

Film Synopsis:
Set in 1969, a twelve year old grows up in Key West with her mother, who pays the bills by stripping at local topless bars. The boy found out about his activities and tried to convince him to stop, to no avail. A local restaurant owner hires him to collect fish from boats in the bay, and the boy discovers that the restaurant owner uses the fish to bring drugs to shore.
