Film Synopsis:
Simon Phoenix, a violent criminal who was cryogenically frozen in 1996, escapes during a parole hearing in 2032 in Utopia San Angeles. The police are unable to deal with his violent ways and turn to his captor, who is also cryogenically frozen after being falsely accused of killing 30 innocent people while capturing Phoenix.
