Movie: Die Schweizermacher (1978)
Film Synopsis:
A famous singer Claire Lescot, living on the outskirts of Paris, is courted by many men, including a Maharajah, Djorah de Nopur, and a young Swedish scientist, Einar Norsen. At his lavish parties, he enjoys their amorous attentions, but he remains emotionally aloof and earnestly taunts them. When he was told that Norsen had committed suicide because of him, he showed no feelings. At the next concert he was booed by the audience who were angry at his coldness. She visits the vault where Norsens body lies, and when he confesses his feelings for her, he discovers that she is still alive; His death was faked. Djorah is jealous of their new relationship and causes Claire to be bitten by a poisonous snake.
