Movie: Double Agent 73 (1974)

Film Synopsis:
Underworld drug lord Toplar floods the market with low-grade heroin. Agent 99 gets a little too close to the truth, but manages to get a clue about Toplars identity: he has a scar. Jane (Agent 73) is called in to find Toplar, and gets a camera implanted in her breast to photograph the bad guys she sends so that headquarters will be able to identify Toplar when he finds her.
