Movie: Double Suicide (1969)

Film Synopsis:
Successful and married with children, paperback owner Jihei knows better than to go against the strict social and moral codes of 18th century Japan. But when he meets the beautiful prostitute Koharu, he becomes man obsessed. Koharu returns her love, even abandoning the other customers while Jihei schemes to somehow buy her freedom.
