Film Synopsis:
In 1957, Evan Rendell goes on the run after his father is hanged for killing multiple patients in his attempt to find a replacement liver for his sick wife. After 35 years, Evan escapes from a mental institution and returns to the city to seek revenge, killing the citizens one by one. When Jennifer and her friends break into Rendells house out of morbid curiosity, Evan sees Jennifer has a heart condition similar to his mothers and decides to make her his final victim.
