Film Synopsis:
James Bernard Jr., a.k.a. Holland, has become the most dangerous criminal in New Jersey. From his initial skills as a car thief, Dutch recognized an opportunity to rule the streets and he seized it. With the protection and respect of the Mafia, Dutch becomes the most fearsome force on the streets.
