Film Synopsis:
Hedvig Jensen is a famous ropewalker and is known to the public as Elvira Madigan. He met Lieutenant Sixten Sparre, a married Swedish officer with two children. They both decided to run away, but because Sixten left the army, he couldnt find any work and the couple faced many difficulties.
