Movie: Esio Trot (2015)
Film Synopsis:
Mr. Hoppy is a shy old man who lives alone in an apartment building. Over the years, he has been secretly in love with Mrs. Silver, a woman who lives below him. Mr. Hoppy often leaned on his balcony and exchanged polite conversation with Mrs. Silver, but he was too shy to express how he felt. Mr. Hoppy longed to express his feelings to Mrs. Silver, but he could never bring his lips to form words. Mrs Silver has a small pet tortoise, Alfie, who she loves very much. One morning, Mrs. Silver mentioned to Mr. Hoppy that although he has had Alfie for many years, his pet has only grown a little and only gained 3 ounces. He confesses that he wishes he knew a way to make his little Alfie grow into a bigger, more dignified turtle. Mr. Hoppy suddenly thinks of a way to give Mrs. Silver her wish and win her affection.
