Film Synopsis:
Set in a changing world in the late 1960s, Susanna Kaysen prescribes a "short break" from a psychiatrist she meets only ever into a strange journey and unknown to the magical Alice, where she struggles with the fine line between normal and crazy. Susanna soon realizes how difficult it is to get out once she is committed, and she ultimately has to choose between the world of people inside or the difficult world of reality outside.
