Movie: Good News (1947)

Film Synopsis:
At the fictional Tait University in the 20s, co-ed and school librarian Connie Lane falls for football hero Tommy Marlowe. Unfortunately, he noticed the gold-hung vamp, Pat McClellan. Tommys grades begin to slip, which keeps him from playing in big games. Connie eventually learns that Tommy really loves her and devises a plan to win him back and get him back on the field.
