Movie: Hell Comes to Frogtown (1988)
Film Synopsis:
Hell is the name of the hero of the story. She is a female prisoner who is now running the US after a nuclear/biological war. The result of the war is that mutants have evolved, and humanity is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given the task of assisting in rescuing a group of fertile women from the harem of a mutant leader (resembling a frog).
