Film Synopsis:
Young-goon, who is mentally deranged and frequently electrocuted with a transistor radio, has been admitted to a mental institution. Firmly believing himself to be a cyborg, he refuses to consume like a human. IL-Soon is another patient, who catches the attention of the young goiter and soon becomes a close friend.
