Film Synopsis:
Sharp young Raymold Avila joins the Los Angeles police internal affairs department. He and partner Amy Wallace soon look closely at the activities of cop Dennis Peck whose financial holdings begin to suggest something shady. Indeed Peck was involved in a number of dubious or outright criminal activities. He is also cunning, a womanizer, and a clever manipulator, and he begins to turn his attention to Avila.
