Film Synopsis:
Chappy Sinclair is called upon to put together a Soviet/U.S. A Strike Force that would conduct surgical strikes on massively defended nuclear missile sites in the Middle East. Chappy discovers that getting Soviet and US pilots to work together is just the least of his problems when he discovers someone in the Pentagon is actively sabotaging his mission.
