Movie: Jungle Fighters (1961)
Film Synopsis:
Based on the play by Willis Hall. The British army troops were in the jungle to record the sounds of the jungle and the sounds of the troops in the jungle so that the recordings could be played back by other troops to distract the enemy to their whereabouts. As they advanced to what they thought was closer to base camp, they found themselves farther and farther from the radio range until the only channel they could get clear on was a Japanese broadcast. They now realized that they were probably only 10 to 15 miles from the Japanese camp! The tension is added by Rowdy and Bamforths openly admitted "non-heroism" which is nothing to say about anyone and especially Corporal Johnstone (who shares the same dislike for Bamforth). When a Japanese soldier is taken as their prisoner, each mans true colors come to the surface uploaded by: Freeman July 09, 2020 at 22:05
