Film Synopsis:
Fanfan is a handsome young farmer. He joined the army to escape marriage because a gypsy girl predicted he would gain glory and a kings daughter as a wife. But the gypsy girl is actually Adeline, the recruiting officers daughter. Once he finds the stratagem, Fanfan refuses to forget this dream and decides to fulfill the fate of the false prediction.
