Movie: Lets Make a Dream (1936)
Film Synopsis:
1976:- Ruth Gilmartin (Michelle Dockery) Visits her mother Sally (Charlotte Rampling) in rural Cambridgeshire and is amazed to learn that she was a Russian refugee born in Eva Delectorskaya, recruited as a spy by the British in 1939. After escaping death in The Excaping in The Dutch, Eva (Hayley Atwell) is sent to America to seduce the married Mason Harding (Bertie Carvel ), an advisor to the president, to find out whether Americans intended to join the war, a mission he successfully accomplished. However, the second assignment is to supply a map to American agents that supposedly outlines the planned German invasion of the states, but EVA notices an error in the map, alerting the spy master and her lover Lucas Romer (Rufus Sewell) and other associates. . Although the map fools the president, Eva survives the attempt to assassinate her, and as her fellow spies die one by one, believes she was betrayed. Even in the 1970s, years after the event, he believed his life was in danger and surprised Ruth by purchasing a rifle for her protection. He gets Ruth to contact Romer, posing as a journalist interested in wartime espionage, which allows "Sally" to follow and find Romers home address. The two women visited him and the traitors identity was revealed after more than thirty years. - Comma Space uploaded by: Freeman April 23, 2018 at 11:12
