Interpol Inspector Zenigata embarks on a journey to Egypt in hot pursuit of the worlds most wanted master thief, Lupine the Third, who is searching for a stone artifact with partners, Jigen and Goemon. The infamous Femme Fatale, Fujiko mine also chases the rock, lured by the promise of eternal youth and beauty by the sinister and enigmatic scientist known as Mamo. It all leads to Mamos hideout, where Lupine discovers the madmans dark secrets and evil schemes that threaten the entire planet!
