Movie: Marjorie Morningstar (1958)

Film Synopsis:
While working as a counselor at a summer camp, college student Marjorie Morgenstern falls in love with 32-year-old Noel Airman, an aspiring playwright working at a summer theater nearby. Like Marjorie, he was an upper-middle-class New York Jew, but had fallen from his roots, and Marjories parents objected in part to his lack of a suitable profession.
