Film Synopsis:
Santos tries to lead a popular uprising in Colombia to overthrow the president. When his rebellion failed and he was killed, his sister Christina went to New York to find McBain, a Santos lieutenant rescued during the Vietnam War. McBain agrees to help, recruiting his old war buddies, collecting cash by killing several drug dealers, then leading an attack to overthrow the Colombian government.
