Film Synopsis:
Retired Lieutenant Commander Quinton McHale spends his days puttingter around the Caribbean in an old PT-73 selling Homebrew Calendars, Ice Cream and Swimsuits. He is brought out of retirement when his nemesis and worlds second best terrorist, Major Vladikov, takes over the island of San Moreno and begins building a nuclear launch silo on it. With help from his old crew and obstruction from Captain Wallace B. Binghampton, who sank a yacht some time ago, McHale tries to put Vladikov out of business.
