Film Synopsis:
Following the success of the dawn rebellion, Degwin negotiates with Vice Admiral Revil for the surrender of all federation assets and the withdrawal of federation troops from side 3 to prevent a similar incident from occurring again. After being reprimanded by Degwin for failing to look after Garma, Dozle sends Char - who motivated Garma to start a rebellion - to Earth; In response, Char asks to be a mobile suit pilot when he returns. Feeling the weight of his responsibility, Dozle proposes to Cadet Zenna Mia. In Manaus City Earth, Char finds work as a mobile worker pilot at a construction site.
