Movie: Move (2012)
Film Synopsis:
Eleven Moving Dating, eight friends: Philipp, Wiebke, Jessica, Maria, Swantje, Michael, Thomas, Dina - all in their twenties and lonely with each other. And always looking: for a new city, a new job, an own apartment, a new love, or even an old one. The search never ends, and they repeatedly find themselves at ritual encounters: someone on the move. Squares are shifted from one side of Berlin to another, or the length and breadth of Germany, from one residence to the next as one life is exchanged for another. In 3 Zimmer/Kuche/Bad, director Dietrich Bruggemann depicts an existence where relationships, social networks and backgrounds are in a constant state of flux; where the best friend is the only, and therefore the most valuable constant. A humorous sketch of the self-conception of a generation for whom moving has become a symbol of life on the move. Uploaded by: Freeman February 03, 2020 at 10:09 am
