Film Synopsis:
Ronya lives happily in her fathers castle until she finds a new playmate, Birk, in the nearby Dark Forest. The two explore the wilderness, braving dangerous magic and rump-gnomes. But when their families found out Birk and Ronja had been playing together, they forbade them from ever seeing each other again. Indeed, their fathers were competing chief robbers and bitter enemies.
