A young girl who has just spent the afternoon playing tennis and making love with a guy, accidentally runs off the road in a truck. Ending up on a dead-end dirt road, his car gets stuck in a ditch, where he begins to be terrorized by a drooling, gibberish psycho, who also has a colony of rats.
