Movie: Opening Night (1977)

Film Synopsis:
Actress Myrtle Gordon is a functioning alcoholic who is days away from the opening night of her latest play, about a woman confused about aging. One night a car kills one of Myrtles fans who was chasing her limousine in an attempt to get the stars attention. Myrtle internalizes the accident and goes on a spiritual quest, but fails to find the answers she seeks.
