Movie Synopsis:
Pluto tries to receive a letter, which becomes more difficult when a package grows legs and tries to swim. Between turtles running around and the wind blowing away other letters, Pluto has quite the task ahead. And it doesnt get any easier when both the letter and the turtle explode off a huge cliff.
