Film Synopsis:
New rules enforced by a female mayor mean that sex, weight, height and intelligence no longer need to be factors in joining the police force. This opened the floodgates for everyone and to enter the Police Academy, which the instructors really liked. Not everyone is there by choice. Social misfit Mahoney has been forced to enlist as his only alternative to prison and it doesnt take long before he falls for the gruff Lieutenant Harris.
