Film Synopsis:
Mark Kaminsky was expelled from the FBI because of his harsh treatment of suspects. He ends up as the sheriff of a small town in North Carolina. FBI chief Harry Shannon, whose son had been murdered by a mobster named Patrovina, enlisted Kaminsky in a personal vendetta with the promise of reinstatement to the FBI if Patrovina was taken down.
