Film Synopsis:
April 1988, Ouvea Island, New Caledonia. 30 Gendarmes were taken hostage by a group of Kanak freedom fighters. 300 troops were sent from France to reestablish order. 2 people face each other: Philippe Legorjus, Head of the Terrorist Squad, and Alphonse Dianou, head of the kidnappers. Through their shared values, they will try to create a winning discussion. But in the midst of a presidential election, when the stakes are political, order is not always dictated by morality.
