Film Synopsis:
Shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Pittsburgh Penguins and the famed Red Army hockey team form a joint venture that redefines what is possible in the new Russia. Eccentric Marketing Whiz, Steve Warshaw, is sent to Moscow and tasked with turning the team into the biggest show in Russia, attracting some of the biggest names in Hollywood and advertising along the way. He takes viewers on a strange journey that highlights a key moment in US-Russian relations during a lawless era when oligarchs made fortunes and some murders went unsolved.
