Movie: Rulers of the City (1976)

Film Synopsis:
Tony, a mob loan collector, is dissatisfied with his station in life. Although he dreams of one day getting rich, hes stuck with a dead-end job beating up borrowers who fall behind on their payments. After meeting with Napoli, another mob enforcer who was recently fired from his job, the two hatch a plan. Together, they will make Mob boss Manzari out of a fortune, after which they can retire and live in luxury. Manzari, however, would not let them off so easily.
