Movie: Sidewalks of London (1938)

Film Synopsis:
On the sidewalks of Londons Theater District, buskers (street performers) earn enough coin for a cheap room. Charles, who is reciting a dramatic monologue, sees that the young pickpocket, Libby, also has a talent for dancing and adds it to his act. Harley, a theater patron who has never known Libby to take her case of gold cigarettes, is impressed by Libbys dancing and invites her to take Charles and the other buskers in her troupe to a party after the play.
