Film Synopsis:
Austin, Texas, is an Eden for the young and unambitious, from the enthusiastic eccentric to the apathetic. Here, the noble lazy can avoid responsibility in favor of nursing their esoteric obsessions. Locals include a backseat philosopher passionately expounding his dream theories to a seemingly comatose taxi man, a young woman trying to peddle Madonnas PAP test to anyone who will listen and a good old anarchist looking for recruits.
