Five 2nd graders who dont follow the strict rules of their school principal Brinway are nicknamed "Stinkers" by him. On a class visit to the aquarium, Stinkers decides that a sea lion called Slappy doesnt feel too good there, "frees" him, and plants him in Brinways hot tub.
