Movie: Swann in Love (1984)
Film Synopsis:
In the early 20th century, Charles Swann, a young and wealthy hottie, spends most of his time hanging out with old aristocrats, especially the Duke and Duchess of Guermantes . He fell in love with the beautiful Demi-Mondaine, Odette de Crecy. Idle, Swann surrenders complacently to the torment of jealousy. After hours of suffering, he managed to spend the night with Odette. In the morning, he believes that in the end, this one is "not His type". However, we find him, years later, with Odette who, now his wife, bore him a daughter. In the company of the Baron de Charlus, brother of the Duchess of Guermantes, he wondered about the failure of his sentimental life, which was far removed from this absolute of which he dreamed.
