Chiba appears seven days before someone dies in an unexpected death. His job was to observe the person for seven days then decide to execute or pass. Today, once again, in the rain, he waited. The subject, dead by seven days, was Kazue Fujiki. He works for a manufacturing company in the complaints department. Exhausted after his day, he emerged from his office.
