Movie: The Cement Garden (1993)
Film Synopsis:
After the death of her husband, Julie, Jack, Sue and Toms mother begins to suffer from a mysterious illness. Realizing that he would have to go to the hospital, he opened a bank account for the children, so that they would be financially independent and would be able to avoid treatment by the authorities. Unfortunately he also dies and Julie and Jack (older kids, teenagers) decide to hide his body in the basement so they can have free reign of their household. Soon Tom is dressed as a girl while Sue has become increasingly withdrawn, only confiding in her diary, while Jack and Julie feel an attraction develop for each other.
