Film Synopsis:
Jake Terrell, who has been training a pair of dolphins for years, has had a breakthrough. He has taught dolphins to speak and understand English, even though they have a limited vocabulary. When the dolphins are stolen, he discovers that they will be used in an assassination attempt. Now hes in a race to discover who the target is, and where the dolphins are, before an attempt is made.
