Film Synopsis:
It is the early 1930s and the command of the Imperial Japanese Navy determines to build the largest and most formidable battleship in the world, the Yamato. One of the Admirals, Yamamoto Isoroku, disagreed. He recruited novice and mathematician Tadashi Kai who discovered there was a discrepancy between the official cost estimates and the actual figures.
